Sam Says, "Hey"

SAM is doing great on his mission. He has been gone for 3 months now. Every week in his letters he asks about his favorite customers - That's everyone. He is always giving me assignments. One is to tell everyone Hey. He wants letters and cards and he reminds me that if you send him something you get an extra punch on your card. (And yes those of you that are feeding him out there get a full card). He is doing very well with his missionary work and is loving it a lot, but he has not lost his great sense of humor. (as noted by the Picture) Thanks to all who ask about him and especially those that write to him.

Warm up Oswego

Oswego is going to have it's 2nd Warm up festival. It is a new event to try to create something to do in the dead of winter. There are contests, treasure hunts, dancing, food and activities. That's where we come in. Purdy's Scrapbook Place is sponsoring a booth. We will be making different paper projects. If anyone would like to work at our booth let me know. The event is Feb. 3rd at the Oswego Armory. Our time will be 11am - 4pm. Purdy's will be doing 2 or 3 different projects. I need people to help before and during the event.

Crop around the Clock

Update! We have had some financial help so the cost of the crop has already dropped $15. WOW now it will only be $75 dollars for all the great food, fun and adventure. Registration is in full swing, so get in quick. Again you can pay in three installments, of if you pay in full at the time of your registration you will save an additional 5%. We are trying to make this available to all those who wish to participate. Tell all of your friends. Also if you would like to help in the planning give me a call.

"Crop Around the Clock" 3

Yes that's right this will be our third event! WOW three years, where does the time go? If you have missed out on the fun in the past or if you are a returning cropper your in for a great time. We are changing things up a bit this year. We understand everyone has time and money constraints so... are you ready? We are going to have the crop at the Store! that's right at the Store. We are not going to follow any one's rules but our own. We are going to start at 6am on Sat. the 24th of February and run till 11:30 pm. (I know it's not around the clock, but it's more than half way.) We are going to close the store to the general public and have a private day just for the special croppers. We are going to rearrange the store so that there will be plenty of space for all those who register. There will be a ton of food as always and of course games and contests with lots of prizes.
The cost will only be $90 (that's half the cost if held at a hotel). It can be paid in 3 payments if needed.
Registration has started and it fills up fast so get in on the fun soon.

More Chipboard

That's right more chipboard has come in. Some of our old favorites like the fabulous monogram alphas are still here, but there is more. We now have From Rusty Pickle the Jumbo monograms that we have been waiting for. Also the swirly whirly's are here- they are absolutely adorable. And to top it off we also have the bingo chip alphabets. And from Cloud Nine we have a really pretty medium size alphabet. This is perfect since one class this month is on chipboard.
