Family news

Thanks to all those that ask about Sam. He is doing great! He still has the companion from Hungary, which has been great for them both. Sam is able to teach him English and they are doing a lot of great work. He now lives in Layton on Gentile street. The thing that is interesting about that is I grew up in Layton and lived on Gentile Street. I think that is very cool. Sam would like to hear from you so please fill free to write to him. He also has a book here at the store that he wants people to make pages for. The pages can be about anything. You, your family, your hobbies, pets or just your thoughts. He would really appreciate that. It is a 9x9 book FYI.

Update on Kids

Thanks to all those that are interested in my family. I will give you a little update here so that those that want to know can read, those that don't care can pass it by. Thomas, Karen and Marissa still live in Springville Utah. The big news with them is that they are getting a new baby in May. WE are all very excited. Sam is still in Utah on his mission for our Church. He has been gone a year and a month, so only 11 months left. WE get to talk to him on Christmas, I can't wait! He is doing very well and sends thanks to all that send him cards, letters and packages. Joe's big adventure is going on this week, he is helping Deseree move to Arvada Colorado. So that also tells you about Deseree. They packed a 16 foot penske truck full, hitched a trailer on behind to tow her car and headed off bright and early Sat morning. They got as far as western Ohio before any adventures began. The weld on the car trailer broke and the car started to swerve making the truck swerve. Fortunately Des was able to get it under control and stop off the side of the road. They got hold of penske and they brought them out a new trailer Late that night. The rest of the trip went well and they are in Arvada now. Joe flies home tonight and Des starts her new job tomorrow. I don't like my family so spread out. but what can you do.
